I dont have a manuel for my motorola t6500 talkabout two way radio and i'm trying to find out if it can share frequency as another two way radio?

Here is a link to the user guide http://www.giantintl.com/ContentManage/manuals/Moto/T65xx.pdf This radio does the basic FRS and some GMRS UHF frequencies. If your other radio is capable of these types of frequencies, you should be able to match the two.

Best regards.

What is the frequency range for motorola t5420?

All factory installed frequencies are between 462.000 - 468.000 MHz. They consist of FRS frequencies and some GMRS frequencies.

Here is a link to the User Guide (which does not seem to have a frequency chart) http://www.giantintl.com/ContentManage/manuals/Moto/T5320_T5410_T5420_User_Manual_E.pdf

Will motorola t 5320 and t 5720 work in the same frequency

Yes. Set all programming to match one another. Turn off the Qt filter, if any. Below are links to the owners manuals where you will find programming instructions to program the Frequency and Interference Eliminator Code.

Will it work with a cb radio

No. CB's operate at the 27 MHz on 22 predetermined frequencies allowed for Citizen Band radios; and your Motorola XV1100 radio is a VHF 150-170 MHz radio with a set amount of built in frequencies to choose from, designed for business use.

Modify a motorola T5500 to work in different frequency

Sorry. The MHz of your radio cannot be changed. And there are no "private" frequencies available for use. However, your radio is equipped with this in mind.

There are 22 frequencies built into the T5500, along with 38 Interference Eliminator Codes. The two combined offer you over 836 choices to avoid other people. And if this is not sufficient, they also have the capability Qt filtering.

Frequency conversion from moto 2-way to FM radio

For commecial Motorola and Icom radios you will need the programming software and cables to change the operating frequencies. And, of course the radios must be able to work on the same bands.

The simple answer to your question is no it can't be done.

If you're talking about the hand-held portable radios for the family radio service. You should be able to look up the operaters manuals on line and they will tell you how to program the radios.
