Fixing 3 white dots on mitsubishi wd-60737

My guess is that it is not economical to fix as it needs new screen. Unless it's under warranty but then you would not be asking. I had an off brand tv that I sold at my Radioshack franchise year ago. I had a customer get a tv with one white pixel constantly on. I replaced it for him. When I called the mfg, they informed me that this was allowable error in the b grade displays they used in their TVs. I quit selling them and put the bad one in my Rv. Still ticked me off when I watched it

Model wd-60737 no volume

Look first to see if sound gone on all inputs---use a DVD etc connected to a input

Make sure in the menu speakers are not turned to OFF

last resort try the soft restore this model should have--menu, 1,2,3 enter

Set also has a hard reset but uses a different code I do not have.

Green tint on picture 60in mitsubishi

Turn the color all the way off---examine the screen to see if black and white or screen green in areas or whole screen.

The other possible issue is tint will not vary enough from green to purple when adjusted.

Two different issues--which do you seem to have?
