Go to the planning department of your county.
they should have records of all that.
if you provided that information,
along with State, we could've given you a number to call or a website to visit.

How do I find who lived my home since it was built in 1955. Can I find out who died in this house?

The title deed will list who lived in the house. This is lodged with whomever owns the mortgage, usually the bank. You local authority also has a list under the land transfers.

Regarding who died in the house, ask neighbours, Google your full address and then just the road and town/city. Click the 'News' tab on Google.

Can I find out on line when my house was built

Don't you have the deed? If the house was built before the 1930s, it may be hard to find an exact year. They will estimate on older homes when the data is unreadable or unreliable.

Year built

Your title deeds should show you the year it was built. Otherwise there is some good advice on this page.

Is it legal to built a house without any archietectural help?

Building code are international but often not enforced in some countries. However it is clearly not "legal" to sell a house not built to any codes that apply. yet it occurs all the time. Builders often break the law, mostly through ignorance.

What is more important the blue collar job or the white collar job??

They both are as important depending on the circumstances.
A blue-collar worker is a member of the working class who typically performs manual labor and earns an hourly wage. Blue-collar workers are distinguished from those in the service sector and from white-collar workers, whose jobs are not considered manual labor.
SO if you wanted a house built, the blue collar workers would actually build the house, if the white collar workers where not there, the house would still get built.

However, if the white collar workers had not drawn up the plans, then the builders would not know how the house was to be built.
So you need both

On built under ovens do you require a housing unit

It is not a must that you fit it in a housing, as it actually stands on the floor, but it looks much better fitted into a purpose built cabinet.
If it were a built in one, then you would have to have proper built in unit for it to fit in.
