Where can I get thread guides for Bernina Bernette Funlock 004-D Serger

I'm not able to locate a manual but the following may be helpful. Although the manual is for an 004D serger, it is probably similar enough to your machine to be useful.

You will have to order one from your local Bernina dealer.

This is a very basic serger and until you find a manual, this may help:

Raise the antenna to it's highest position.

Open the tensions to 0.

Lift the presser foot.

Disengage the knife.

Turn the handwheel so the loopers are at their highest point - there may be a mark on the side of the serger to align with a mark on the handwheel for this.

Start threading from the right to the left.

A threading guide in on the inside of serger door.

Nancy's Zieman's Book "Serge with Confidence" can provide as much information as the mfg's manual.
