Question about Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64BIT Operating System Software OEM DVD
The question is not clear to me, but if you just don't see the shortcut to the Sniping tool when you click on Start, then try this:
Click Start (bottom left), click All Programs, select the Accessories folder.
Wen it expands you should see the Sniping Tool in the list (may have to scroll down). Click it, and there you go.

Testimonial: "Snipping Tool: Thank you for trying. Unfortunately for the MS Office Version 2010 vs MS Office 2007 Version, it doesn't allow you to simply access the Start Button. There has been a change in the upgrade version."

I was having the same problem with my shredder. I called
customer service; I was informed it was the gears on the inside of my shredder.
My shredder is no longer under warranty. However, she is mailing me out the
part I need for a small fee. Their customer service number is 1-800-327-8508 in
the USA and international only 1-310-793-5650. I do hope this help you!
