there is no power supply on my cannon scanner DR-5020. Do these scanners have a fuse and where is it located?

There is fuse, but in the Power supply board. Check if LEDs are blinking in the back PCB and on the right side. Do a basic check also, check if the power cable is good. many times we assume that is perfect, but not necessarily.
