The problem you have is a failed thermal sensor. Depending on how tech savvy you are you can replace it.They have changed the way the thermal sensor looks but it isnt too bad too put in. Any repair shop should also be able to do this for you.

Part number is 1-910-006-44 Themal Fuse Sony Part.

Blutooth codes for kyocera

Step 1 Charge the Bluetooth headset battery. The headset is fully charged when the indicator light turns off. Step 2 Unplug the charger and check the indicator light to ensure that the headset is turned off. If the indicator light is on, the headset is on. Turn off the headset by holding the multifunction button (the button in the middle of the headset) until the indicator light blinks red and shuts off. Step 3 Press and hold the multifunction button until the indicator light blinks red and blue to place the headset in pairing mode. Step 4 Turn on Bluetooth on your phone to start searching for available devices. When the search is complete, a list of available devices appears on the screen. On many phones, the Bluetooth options may be found in Settings. Step 5 Select the Kyocera Bluetooth headset name from the list. The phone prompts you to enter a passcode. Step 6 Enter "0000" using the phone's keypad to finish connecting the headset to your phone.

Charger light

I had this same problem and all I did was to unplug the DC adapter at the phone and plug it back in after a few seconds. The solid charge light came on immediately, like usual. I let the battery charge for several hours before using the handset again.
