Question about Washing Machines
There is a solenoid valve which you should hear click just before the water flows in, try to start a wash cycle and listen for a click or clunk sound, if no sound, solenoid is not opening, may be loose wire or corroded, if there is a click then either solenoid has broken away from actuator or you blockage is between the inlet hose and solenoid.
