Hello sir; There have no waste tone bottle for this machine, but waste toner all stuck in the imaging transfer belt unit, on the right hand side door,pull it out dump the toner out and vaccumn it.

The code 890 do not exist like 880 but, if it is 980? the problem can be in the hard disc...
Incorrect parameter sent to the HDD controller.
First try reset the software… press the point and numeral key simultaneously until automatically it is off the copier, several seconds can pass, the copier back on automatically. The software will have been loaded again.
If the problem persists it proves with another hard disk,
since the other possible solutions already are more complicated; these are:
· Software defective
· SBICU defective
Another problem that sometimes cause erratic errors in these copiers is that it has fallen develop in some sensor having caused short circuits that annul to some times some voltage of the power supply interrupting processes indispensable for software. Example “by developer in the ID sensor” the copier scanned but nothing more. Developer in the sensors of the feeding units produced a code 322 can seem incredible but it is thus.
For it would recommend a deep cleaning of the sectors of the image unit and everything what is under the development unit.

HI there try this.
1. try to reset the printer & clean the printer head by some alcohol and the see what happend. If not solve then follow the step 2.
2. Uninstall the printer driver and restart the PC . Now again install the printer driver and try. I hope this time your problem will solve.
