When i try to turn on my printer it begins the loading screen, than after a couple minutes it goes black than to an orangish screen with the power symbol and a code 07a74dd6. The green light in the front flashes and it starts all over. Any suggestions?
As the previous message stated, I had the same problem and it was resolved by making sure that I used the original power cable. I couldn't find it at first and tried with three others all with the same error. Finally it was resolved by using the original.

There is probably a small piece(s) of debris floating around in there. Look very carefully for it with a flashlight. Try to remove it that way.
You can also buy "canned air" available at computer and office supply stores and use it to blow out the printer as thoroughly as you can.
Believe it or not, I have read where a small piece of skin has kept the carriage from moving properly.
Per HP: Hold “print photos” button and “red-eye removal” buttons together, release øThen press the “red-eye removal” button, release øThen press the “print photos” button, release øThen press “red-eye removal, release øScroll to “resets menu”, click ok to select øScroll to “Options” semi-full reset, ok The printer then powers off and wait a couple of minutes. I believe the printer turns back on (or maybe the user needs to power back on after a few minutes). The refills then work.
