NEED VENDOR THAT HAS REPLACEMENT PCB CONTROL BOARD
I Need replacement PC board. Any suggestions? Or anyone have a detailed wiring diagram for this product? I need help with figuring out where wires go. There seems to be too many blue wires which im assuming are neutral because all of the other wires have connectors.

You are right to be cautious as it is unlikely the resistor committed hara kiri. The circuit of the board would be fairly simple to puzzle out and draw but I feel the board represents only a small part of the whole circuit of the machine and the reason for the burned resistor could be far from the board.
Circuit boards can be refurbished or more likely an exchange is offered with a refurbished board, but in this case with such a simple board it is likely they will provide only new ones.
The value of the resistor could be calculated by any competent electronics engineer - if he has the will to do so.
I feel you need the circuit diagram of the whole machine or the services of a good white appliance engineer. I suggest you visit the manufacturer's website support section to enquire further.
I have a king surro with a temperature control fault 2 resistors next to power transistor on pcb burnt out I can tell values of any other components on pcb but does anyone have a controller board who can tell me what value resistors are steve-- email@example.com
I understood that the TV goes on protect mode (standby) when the control pcb is connected.
Please provide details on TV model and details on control pcb. If control pcb is a control board with touch button , look for components shorting with the chassis. If you are talking about digital controller board (big main board) then one of the parts connected to board is faulty.
I've installed a number of these units and the C4 76 error code is a bad PCB board. The remote unit is not communicating with the PCB board so you need to call customer service at 800 432 8373. You'll need to give them your name, address, model number and serial number. They'll send you a new PCB board with instructions on how to swap it out. It's pretty easy.
Meanwhile, you might be able to get hot water while you wait the day or two for the replacement parts to arrive by simply disconnecting the wires from the remote at the PCB board. This works about 50% of the time. Once they're disconnected try turning on the hot water full blast and see if the unit fires.
Good luck with it.

I'm in the same fix. I learnt that a new pcb is £68 so had the pcb repaired but after the machine has warmed up it now cuts in and out. Like you, I haven't been able to locate a wiring diagram so am trying a last minute lash-up before binning the machine:
A friend suggested that since we all seem to only operate the cleaner on full power I should connect the on/off switch direct to the motor bypassing the rheostat and the pcb as in old fashioned machines.
I have just had my dishwasher fixed by Hotpoint, as the heater was working and the dishwasher only stopped with the fast and delicate lights just before the drying process he replaced the main control board. This has solved the problem, I suspected the fault to be the thermistor as the heater seemed to be getting to hot but I had no idea where it was.
It turns out the thermistor is attached to the main control board and hangs down behind the front door that gives just a rough temperature level for the main control board.
As it's soldered directly onto the control board I would suggest replacing the whole control pcb for anyone with this fault unless you can find any spec details for the thermistor.
it seems that you are talking about the two wires that fit onto the back of the board where there is a black component that is square on the right hand side when looking from the front the wires fit within the black unit. i cannot remember which way around though. i will post again when i next do a wma repair ,tony.
