Question about Philips GOGEAR Audio Players & Recorders
My cousin gave me his old MP3 player and I would like to delete his music and add mine
Plug into a computer and when you find the player you can erase all his and download yours .try with the player off first

For Windows XPTM users, you are connecting the device in MTP mode to the computer by default. You will need to set the device to MSC mode, so go to the device menu\Settings\Advanced\Protocol = > Press Play/Pause key to select MSC mode which will appear as such on the screen. Reconnect the device to the computer, and you can now see those files and delete them.
DO NOT forget to set the device back to MTP mode when finished, so go to device menu\Setting\Advanced = > Select MTP mode.

sir, as there will be a usb cable given along with the device, you should just connect that tothe computer. a window will open showing the already containing songs.you can just right click on the selected songs in that window and select the delete option.the songs will be deleted.
