Lost remote need to unlock parental locks

If you can't access the menu from the buttons on the front of the tv then you can try unplugging the power cord and leaving it out for a few hours which should reset the internal memory and clear the parental lock.

Good luck and post back on how you make out.

Their is a prouble with sound after the 36/per cent lever you cann,t increse the sound.

Might be some kind of parental lock engaged.

Check the audio options or the parental lock options.

Or if all else fails, unplug the power cord and leave the set unplugged for a few hours which should reset the internal memory and clear any parental lock settings.

Good luck with that and let us know how it works out.
