Some of the most popular dishes you can try in Thailand are:
1. Pad Thai: This wide flat rice noodle fully captures the exoticism and tastes of Thailand. It includes the mix of sweet and tangy and chewy and crunchy.

Can I replace just the blade on my pizza cutter? It seems a shame to buy a new one as it really is in good condition, just the blade is blunt.

The Web Restaurant Store sells pizza cutter blades for a good price, although as the pizza cutters themselves are not expensive, you might find it just easier to buy a new one.

How to bake pizza, how much time to keep

Do you have one of those microwaves with the built in broil and bake unit where you would pull the pan out from the top?! If so, I don't know! :o ....but based on my experience in making pizzas, I strongly recommend that you put it on for 5 minutes intervals at about 375 degrees (+/- 25 degrees) and check it until the cheese in the middle is melted. I would NOT recommend putting it directly in the microwave using infrared radiation bc pizza like that tastes really bad. In an oven, put the pizza on for about 15 minutes and check every 3-5 min after that.

How new wood boxs for our grill and would like to know the best way to get the most out of our wood box"s. soak or not and what type of wood works best? we have 4 boxes under a 3 foot grill bakers...

If you have what I think you have - A gas fired, wood burning pizza oven. No, you do not soak the wood. Seasoned Oak, would work the best, as it would burn longer and hotter. However, if Oak is not available, most any hardwood would do, as long as it's seasoned. Never burn green wood.. With that said, never, ever use Pine. That's is, unless you want your pizzas to taste like a Christmas Tree.

Also, keep in mind that the gas burner is only used to get the fire started and then should be turned OFF.

Hope this helps you to produce the best Brick Oven type pizzas in town!

No instructions with Paderno pizza stone!!!!

Nothing to it. Just pre-heat the stone for 15-20 minutes at 425-450 degrees. Slide your prepared pizza onto the stone and cook. ps best to prepare your pizza on a pizza peel or cookie sheet so you can slide it on to the stone. Cook around 10 minutes or so. Good luck and enjoy your pizza.
