That's a problem the Network Service Provider should be able to solve. I don't think it's your phone.
Remember to delete msgs, when you no longer need them. The phone only has a set amount of memory.
Phonebook 500 x 16 fields, Photocall
Call records 20 dialed, 20 received, 20 missed calls
Card slot microSD (TransFlash), up to 2GB, 64 MB card included - 6 MB internal memory

this is a network issue, probably with your gsm or cellular provider. or your coverage in general. not an issue with the phone.
try with another sim card just to be certain

try to do factory setting default code is 1234 or 0000, or to hard reset try 2945#*# and select factory settings, but before try all this make backup to avoid loose your data of device.
This will solve your problem.
