Question about Dell Computers & Internet
Give me the solution how to remove a bios password on a dell latitude d610
Dell d610 is one of the best system. with so many powerful features.Remember that what you see listed may not be the actual backdoor BIOS password, this BIOS password may simply have the same checksum as the real backdoor BIOS password. For Award BIOS, this checksum is stored at F000:EC60.

If you know the password you can start the computer and tap the f2 key to enter. The tab to the security screen to add/remove bios password. If you do not know the password you will need to contact Dell Support and have them reset the password. They will verify ownership of the computer and then provide resetting information.
