Someone has opened a new Facebook page using my picture

We don't have access to delete Facebook accounts, but I would recommend you remove your Facebook account since you have left the security settings open to someone copying pictures from it. That is the default setting for Facebook, which is supposed to support sharing, but you clearly want to block sharing pictures, and Facebook security settings are something only you can set up.

The picture header will appear every time someone pulls up your page but will disappear as they scroll down your page. Don't think there is a way to stop this.

Try opening the facebook page from another device, but on the same internet network. If it does open, maybe someone block facebook on the first device you were on.

If you want to remove your profile from facebook, then you can delete it by going to Facebook account delete page. If you want to just remove your picture from facebook that someone else posted, you can just ask them to remove it themselves or you can report the picture to facebook and they will delete it for you. You will find the link to report it when you open the picture.

To put a picture from someone else page to yours you can share it or you can click the picture and right click and save it to your desktop. Then open your face book page and upload the photo from your desktop.

just log in to your email address that you used when you create your facebook account.
example if you used your yahoo email address when you created your facebook go to www.yahoo.com then log in to your yahoo account then go to inbox look for facebook confirmation and click it. thats it.

When you open facebook in your system it should open that persons page.You just have to logout from that page thereafter it takes you to facebook home page.You can signup their.

OR
If you don't want to do this much thing just clear cache and cookies from your browser.
