check whether the RAM is inserted properly and once you change the CMOS battery and trying it powering on ...
if you still persist the same problem then check whether you are getting the power supply for the RAM slots or not ..
if you are not getting the power supply for the RAM slots then there may be problem in voltage regulator or in the transistor after replacing that your problem will be solved ..
you can do the above if you are an experienced professional , if you have no idea about that then i recommend you to take your motherboard to nearest motherboard technician ...
