This sounds like you your browser is not processing the page properly.

Is your browser fully up to date and the latest version?

Do you have java installed and is it up to date?

Have you inadvertently blocked some of the code using a pop up blocker DNS filter or other some other antivirus software? If so can you add it to the exclusion list?

Why does Facebook keep freezing

Your computer might be the culprit. Whenever that happens, reboot your computer and retry. If the problem recurs, hook up to a similar site (linked-in or some other sight that uses heavy scrolling.

If Facebook is the only site suffering from freeze-ups, then you need to compare with another computer's rendition to make sure the problem is shared.

Another reason might be insufficient RAM on your local machine. Sites like Facebook use heavy scrolling (long and heavy pages that need to be scrolled), which typically requires a lot of RAM to render without freeze-ups.

Hope this helps.

Facebook freezes and stops responding

Hey,
which browser are you using?
Try closing all other open programs. See if it helps.

If not:
1. Buy a better computer
2. Use a different browser

Please help me unblock my farmville on facebook

Hi Karen. You need to go into the settings for your Facebook account & unblock it. Look on the blue banner along the top of any Facebook page, & there will be some icons towards the right hand side; it should start with your profile picture, then your name; there should be 8 icons in total. The very last one is a bit like an arrow head pointing downwards. Click on this arrow & select settings from drop down list, on the page that opens, select blocking from menu towards the left of the page. This should open a page entitled "manage blocking" Scroll down to find section named "block apps" then either type in the app name or scroll through list of blocked apps. When you find Farmville, just click on the "unblock" option next to it. Then try to load the game & it should load for you now.
Hope this helps.

For the last month or so when logged into facebook on my playstation 3 it takes fotever to load anything and freezes my system when i shut it down?

Here is why!!!!! The PS3 is NOT a very good computer, and trying to run web pages like Face Book on the PS3 is very buggy. Sometimes it will work, others, it won't. The reason being, you can not update Adobe Flash on the PS3, and therfore, not able to run a lot of the flash objects found on the page.

Facebook keep freezing up everytime I scroll down the page with the mouse, and is extremely slow when trying to post comments. Everything else on the computer is working fine.

Try using facebook in a different browser and see if that solves the problem. You could have a bad addon or toolbar thats causing the browser to freeze up.

Hi, I have a problem with the scrolling bar at the right side of the page, when trying to scroll up & down the page it stops & you have to wait about 30 seconds then the bar gets smaller & it...

Hello
This problem of your computer is not due to mouse, i believe your computer is responding slow due to some reasons:
1. Lot of application installed on it, do uninstall software you dont want. 2. Clean the temporary file from your computer 3. Check and Remove hard disk errors 4. Check and clean virus/spyware
You can get helps from this web site as well http://www.microsoft.com/atwork/maintenance/speed.aspx
Hope this helps, if so do rate the solution

The right hand side of my facebook page doesnt seem to load and cannot view you might know friends ( see all ) can you help

Facebook is undergoing a major update, so you can expect to see numerous bugs and glitches across the site. Just wait it out, they will fix everything within the week. Also, it is important to note that you may have already been updated to the new facebook, which moved the "people you may know" box towards the bottom of the page, in which you might have to scroll down to locate it.
Hope this helped!
