SOURCE: Bread pan pops out during kneading, hard to remove after baking

I have Breadman Ultimate for over 12 years now. I make bread 2-3 times a week for the past 10 years. I found that the bread pan popping out only happens when the motor shaft and the kneading paddle are not tightly engaged. I find this problem in the following two scenarios: 1. The bread pan was not pushed down all the way as described by cassie_hobbs and tlcquiltnut. 2. Debris filled up the motor-shaft bowl underneath the bread pan to prevent a tight engagement of the motor shaft and the kneading paddle. These debris are generated during the kneading process; part of the ingredients is pushed out of the shallow horizontal pan and accumulated underneath. To avoid the problem, I have to periodically remove debris from the shaft bowl and make sure the pan pushed all the way down. To reduce the debris, I made a simple cover for the bread pan by cutting an old aluminum baking dish. I always remove the cover after the kneading cycle to prevent the rising dough from reaching the bottom of the cover. Hope this helps. Wendy

Is there a replacement seal kit for the baking pan, or a new replacement baking pan available for model # b1561 black & decker bread maker

Hi, There is no seal replacement kit. You will need a new bread pan. Magic Chef is out of the Bread Machine business and if you find a used bread pan it will be expensive and who knows how long it will last. I suggest a new Sunbeam 5891 sold on Amazon. They are only $45.00 with free shipping. We own two and we really like them. Plus they come with a 1 year warranty. Hank (This is not a solicitation...just advise).

I need a part

Bread Machine Parts Finder locates and sells used bread machine parts. We also sell other hard to find vintage kitchen items and spare parts. We are here to provide those hard to find items. Bread Machine Parts Finder searches for discontinued bread machines weekly.
Let us know what you need. Don't be fooled by blogs which state that pans & paddles are the only parts available and are priced so high that you should by a new machine, because of a low $50 or less price tag. New machines just are not built like those older machines that were built to last. New machines are built to ware-out quickly. I'm sure you know why. Most older machines were built to last & are easy to work on. I have hundreds of bread machine parts in my eBay Store & they're all less than $50. We carry all internal & external parts. We carry lids, lid hinges, control panels, rubber feet, pans, paddles, gaskets, belts, coupler-drives, pc-brains, inner-pans, heating elements, sensors, electric motors, timing gears, pulleys, screws and more. Just click on the link below to go to our eBay Store.

Hi,
If you take the bread pan out of the machine and can't turn the paddle by hand, then the sealed bearing in the bread pan is broken or stuck. Try soaking it in warm water a couple of times to try and free it up. If that doesn't work then it's time for a new bread pan (tub). If you take the bread pan out of the machine and set it on a kneading cycle but the motor shaft does not spin then it is a belt in the machine that snapped or fell off.
Good Luck

I managed to scratch the loaf pan and am looking to buy a replacement for my Tr520 Breadman breadmaker. Not proving to be very easy. Help!

Hi,
Check out ebay. They seem to be expensive....For some reason I think the manufacturers don't sell the bread pans separately so you have to buy a whole new machine.

Hi,
Those parts are usually unavailable. You will have to purchase a new bread pan (very expensive) by searching on ebay or google, or buy a whole new bread maker. (about $50.00 new).

Teflon is a coating. Seasoning is not the term for your problem. It needs a new pan. Or get it recoated. Good luck.
