Changed oil, fuel pump and coils
Check motor cooling fins and make sure there is unobstructed air flow over them.
The motor slowing down after 20 minutes is caused by overheating of the pistons and metal expansion causing excessive friction which if uncorrected will eventually cause motor to seize.
Make sure that oil is being properly distributed to parts for cooling and lubrication. Clogged passages could be at fault with poor lubrication.
