Question about Dell Computers & Internet
When your computer first starts, press your bios access button(del, F10, F9, F1 are usual), and go to file/Reset bios to defaults. Save, and exit.
A couple of alternatives involve you opening your case, finding the bios reset jumper, and removing the jumper bridge from the 1-2 pin, and putting it on the 2-3 pin for a few seconds, to reset bios to factory defaults. Other method is to remove the motherboard battery for at least 5 minutes and then putting it back.
Hope that helps.
