OPEN CONTROL PANEL, THAN GO TO FOLDER CALLED REGION AND LANGUAGES, OPEN FOLDER OPTION KEYBOARDS AND LANGUAGES, select change keyboards
than select language and reboot.
ONLY IF THE INFORMATION ABOVE DOESNT WORK
look at the motherboard look for cmos reset, it is a jumper, you need to jump the connector or short the pin for a few seconds, by connecting the pin turn the machine on for few second the turning it off and removing the jumper, that will reset everything to manufactures settings. than just turn on computer and everything should work okay.
if you have problems than you will need to do a cold boot and push down the F10 key when start the computer to set up system again.
make sure save it and reboot and than everything will be okay
