How do I align Phase Contrast?

Open the field and the condenser diaphragms all the way. bring your object into focus then insert the telescope eyepiece which lets you see both phase rings. Bring both the phase rings into focus. Then move the phase ring of the condenser's side until it is lined with the phase ring of the objective and no light gets passed up. Inspect your object now with your regular eyepieces. That is it. Have fun.

Piston ring compressor

making sure that the open ends are not lined up with each other. if you have two or more rings this must be done. Place your ring compressor around ring and snug up. Place the connecting rod into cylinder making sure not to let the con rod touch the sides of cylinder. When the ring compressor touches the cylinder body slightly tap the edges of the compressor to make sure it is flat. Once flat push the piston down into the cylinder with a wooden handle. DO NOT USE METAL OBJECT FOR THIS. Make sure your in a clean environment as well.

How do you access the crankcase of a husqvarna

Your best solution is to tip the engine up-side-down and shake the object out of the plug hole. You really don't want to pull the crank and piston which has rings, that will need to be properly reinstalled with a ring compression tool, as well as the crank and connecting rod bearings. Big job.

Phone won't ring. Checked everything.

Hi, When a phone does not ring out, it is usually a fault from either the ringer or from the flex of the phone.

The ringer is like a some object inside the phone that makes aloud noise and it set as your ringing tone for calls..When it gets damaged,it will not make any sound..Till it gets replaced..

The flex is a thread like object inside the phone that make the screen display, some sony ericsson flex phones some flex controls both the ringer and the phone..

So first you will need to disassemble the phone and test the ringer inside the phone (round in shape),by using a meter..

After testing then you will know the problem from there if it's from the ringer or from the flex..

Hope that helped..

I cant focus my a4 tech webcam pk-335mb

All webcams have a ring around the lens. If you rotate this ring then you would be able to focus on to an object. Try rotating it both clock and anti clock wise to focus.

I bought these for my husband. In trying them

Difficult to answer specifically without knowing the model. But binoculars are designed to view objects in the distance. They all have a limit as to how close they will focus based on the magnification and design. Objective lenses that are far apart such as on a porro prism binocular will not focus very close. The nature of the design of having the objectives further apart than the eyepieces doesn't allow it. When trying to focus too close the image will appear blurred and double. That is the nature of the design. 9 feet or 3 metres is considered quite close to focus a binocular and is usually for a model designed to do this such as a roof prism where the objective lens and the eye lenses are inline. A specialty binocular such as the Pentax Papilo will close focus to 50 centimeters. It has been designed so that the objective (large lenses) lenses converge.

Take into account when focusing that binoculars are also designed to compensate for differences in each eye. One of the eyepieces either right or left will adjust seperately. For binoculars with a center focus ring. First focus using the center ring with one eye covered. The eye that should be covered is the one that doesn't have the adjusting eyepiece. When the image is clear close the eye you have just used and leave the center focus alone. Focusing on the same spot look through the eyepiece that adjusts and turn the eyepiece ring until the image is clear. Now all you have to do is focus using the center ring only as the binoculars are adjusted for each eye.

Some binoculars do not have a center focus and each eye will adjust seperately.

My Beeman P17 just won't shoot. I can **** it but nothing releases when I pull the trigger..... I performed a tear down but nothing has worked so far... What could the problem be?

i just fixed mine and it works like new. what you need to do is remove the piston from the cylinder, you need to remove a pin in order to do so, around the piston is a rubber o-ring, on mine there was a small groove allowing the air to pass by reducing compression, remove the o-ring, i used a micro screw driver to pry it out, then go to home depot and find a matching o-ring shouldn't be hard to find there are lots near the plumbing section, replace the o-ring and use a pellet gun lubricant (found at canadian tire) around the seal for smooth action and better seal. gun will be back to full compression and ready to break beer bottles again!!!!!!

Nice try!

If nobody has helped you since September 2008, when you asked the question, you probably scored a "zero" in your computer-programming course, and probably don't need an answer to your "homework" assignment.
