Recover images from digital Camera
All digital camers has a memory storage (like a hard drive) you ust wipe this clean. if this is not covered in your operators book you may have to send it in. most camers are set to 5000 or more. If this is not the cast you have a problem in you memory board.
Note: When the camera is connected to a computer using the USB cable with a
memory\picture card in the memory\picture card slot, the computer will
only see the contents of the memory\picture card.
Thanks for understanding. Please let me know if you require any additional help.
I'm sorry for the difficulties you're
experiencing in transferring images from the Camera to the Computer. Once
you connect the Camera to the computer, you will get the Camera as a removable
drive under My Computer. You can open the removable drive to see the pictures
stored in the Camera/Memory Card.
If the
Operating System installed in your Computer still needs a driver, you may use
the Memory Card slot on the Computer to transfer the pictures. Please follow
the steps to transfer pictures using Memory Card Reader in the Computer:
- Remove the Memory Card from the
Camera.
- Insert it in the Memory Card slot in
the Computer.
- Open the pop up window or find out the
removable drive under My Computer.
- Copy the required files to a folder in
the Computer.
DCIM
folder contains the images.
Note :
Most of the Notebooks comes with its own Memory Card Slot. If it does not, you
may get one from the market without much spending.
Thanks
for understanding.
