Wiring Honeywell 9580 to old furnace with no C wire

This is not going to be easy. Check the wiring in the wall to look for the third wire. If they did not run one, you have to run new wire to the furnace and thermostat. If they stapled that wire to the walls inside studs, then it is going to be even harder to run the new wire. Once you run that new wire then you have to locate the connection in the furnace that has the common (c) wire for the transformer. Check you tube to see if the have any how to video.

Wiring pigtail input speed sensor on my 2000 sonata. The new plug came with three white wires but the wires from car are different colors. color wiring diagram ?

the connector is the same on both the old harness and the new pigtail. As long as you orientate the connectors the same way you just match up the wires. let me try to explain it this way. If you hold the old connector so the part that holds the connector to the sensor is facing up. Hold the new connector exactly the same way. cut the left wire on both and connect the new connector wire to the old wiring harness. Then cut the center wire and connect them. then cut the right wire and connect. No wiring diagram needed.

One thing I will add is to stagger the new connections. Meaning do nut cut them at the place. Cut one wire then cut the next about an inch or so further and then cut the next about an inch or so further than that. This will prevent the new connections from potentially shorting to each other and will keep the harness from becoming really bulky with all the but connectors in the same location.

Thermostat wire problem

That's very possible. Maybe when you were pulling it was snagging on something. I would strip the new wire again at the splice and give it another shot. Possibly

Hi! Please help me. I am having trouble connecting the wires from my dead 220v T104 pool pump timer to a new 220v T104 timer. The old timer had posts marked G 1 2 3 4. The new one has posts marked L 1 X...

Open following link for T104 wiring diagram:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html

Your new timer is L 1 X 2, so that is not Intermatic T104.
You might have GE/Tork 15061 that fits into Intermatic box.
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#GE-replacement
First thing to check is if new timer is 240Volts to match old T104.

If new timer is 240V, then here is crossover:
"Old 1" goes to new L >> and notice that L and 1 are connected by brass bridge. If bridge is missing, add a jumper wire between L and 1 on new timer

"Old 2" goes to new 2

"Old 3" goes to new X
"Old 4" goes to new X

T104 Intermatic timer is SPDT single pull double throw, so it turns off both wires going to Load.
New L1X2 timer is SPST single pull single throw, so it turns off one wire going to Load, and that's why old 3 and old 4 both connect to terminal X.

If this is too complex, then add a comment or buy new trippers and a new WG1573 clock motor and repair T104 for $20.

110 line in to light switch. How do you continue 110 line out to other oulets or switches?

Add another line to 120V switch.
To begin, inside your switch box, there must be at least two cables.
Each cable has a black-wire and white-wire and bare ground wire.

If your box has only one cable, then you cannot use that for your junction.

OK, your box has 2 cables.
One cable comes from circuit breaker box. These are called Line wires. There is a Black Hot and White Neutral.
The other cable goes to light. These are called Load wires.

You are going to add a new cable with a black-wire and white-wire

In back of box, the white wires are twisted together and covered with wire nut.
These white wires are called Neutrals.
Add your new white wire to these other white wires.

The switch has 2 black wires. One black wire is the Hot line wire.
Add your new black wire to the switch screw that has the Hot.
Of course the switch has 2 black wires, so how do you know which is the Hot.
Turn light switch off, turn power ON, and test each black wire to bare ground wire.
Tester lights up on the Hot.

Review:
New white wire connects to other white wires that are twisted together and covered with wire nut.
New black wire connects to Hot wire.
Ground wires are connected together.

On your new receptacle, the black wire connects to brass screw, and white wire connects to silver screw.
Screws are color-coded to tell electrician how to wire.

The Honeywell LR69071 (old) has 7 wires connected labeled (X W2 R O Y G E) The Hunter 44860 (new) has wire connections for ( Y1 Y2 W2 G RH RC/R B W1 E O C L) What connects with what? There is also a jumper...

Wiring on the old one, "X", probably a brown wire will not be used on the new stat. If it's a blue wire, this may be your common. "E" and "W2" probably wired together with a white wire, this controls electric heat. "R" with a red wire, this is 24 volt power. "O" is an orange wire, this is the reversing valve. "Y" is a yellow wire, this is the contactor. "G" is a green wire, this is the blower. This pretty accurate? On the new stat, the jumper should be connecting "RH" to "RC/R", leave it in and wire the "R" from your old one to either terminal. White from the old one will go to the "E" of the new one. If your electric heat doesn't work after the install, you may need to jumper the "W1" and "W2" with the "E". "O" wires to "O". "Y" from the old one wires to the "Y1" of the new. "G" wires to "G". "C" on the new one is common. Usually a blue wire goes here. If "X" on the old one was blue, plug it into the "C". If it was brown, I'd suggest not using a common, and installing batteries. Hope this helps.

How do i fit new speaker wires to my car sterio? its a peugeot 106 (1998)... i cant seem to get the wires in "behind Dash Board" any idea?

You will need to Route the New Wires where the Old ones Are. Inside the Trim Panels and Kick Plates. Unhook the Speaker Wires From the Speakers, Loop the Old and New Wires togetherand Tape together with Black electrical Tape. Remove the Trim that you can get to and Pull the old wire. It will Bring the New Wires with it. This is the Easiest way. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!
