It really doesn't say what is the minimum but i'm not sure there is one. you just put in one coin and it counts it. The speed is what matters in counters. there are fast counters that can count around 150 coins per minute.
Check behind the coin mechanism. When you open your machine, pull out the coin mechanism. You will see a set of dip switches there. Go to this page for more help. http://www.vendingadvantage.com/troubleshooting.htm
The mechanism adjustments start on page 20. Note that the maximum number of slider cycles is 3. If you have a PD coin drop model the Max you can get is $0.75 per load I would have to assume that a different coin op mechanism may have to be used or one that will accept 2 coins per cycle for 2 cycles. On non PD models you can adjust the slots for as many as 4 coins per glide / slider cycle.
you need to take the coin slot apart take pictures as you go to put back together the parts to change amount are hidden inside it in hidden compartment if they wheren't removed by some one. your machine didn't come with the coin mech so if you don't have the parts you will need to take it with you to the parts house to get right parts. open the top of the coin mech box there are 2 long rod screws holding it in place usually 5/16 inch wrench fits may need to wiggle the heck out of it to get it out
