The grinder is completely clogged with crushed coffee beans that have been clumped together by the humidity - the teeth on the rollers that were supposed to grab and smash the beans are filled and the new beans just jump around.
All you can do is to dry the mechanism with a hair dryer and then clean the teeth with a long needle. Ideally the entire mechanism will have to be removed from the unit and dried and cleaned thoroughly.

your best bet is probably to search ebay for a dead one you can strip, cheaper grinders tend not to be supported with parts, personally id recommended throwing it away and getting a better grinder, blade grinders do not give a consistent grind, they are just about acceptable for grinding for a french press but anything else youll be far better off with a burr grinder

I took my Starbucks Barista Conical Burr Grinder apart to clean it, and now I cannot seem to get the top burr back on. This is an old model, purchased in 2000, and has been running great. I used to manage...

I think when you fix the front burr then you need to loose the middle screw. Then it will fix easily.
But don't run it right away.gently tighten the screw and tight until you feel some tightness .Then start the grinder and tighten or loose it according to your grinding specification

Starbucks barista burr grinder: the motor runs but the beans won't grind

The drive mechanism from the motor to the burrs has failed in some way. It is necessary to disassemble the machine down to the basic components to determine the fault. Good luck!

My Barista Burr Coffee Grinder suddenly grinds too fine.

If it is any consolation, mine just did the same thing, now takes too long to grind and it is way to fine dispite a thorough cleaning by disassembly.

Non-working Starbuck's Barista burr grinder.

Hi
Remove bean hopper
Remove grounds hopper
Remove timer knob on the side
Turn the grinder upside down
There are 4 slits on the outside edge.
Insert a screw driver into the **** and pry gently outward with a
little downward pressure on the outside until the side slips a bit.
Repeat on all 4 slits and the shell should slide off.
There is a fuse on the side of the motor that will blow and stop the motor. It is a thermal fuse and should be replaced by a qualified tech.
The thermal fuse is to protect the motor its a 104C
