I can't open my memory card on my camera, it's always saying reformat the memory card, when i reformat it. it's always error.

You can use SD and SDHC card in your camera. The SDXC cards can't be used in your camera. To new. Did you check all contacts on the memory card and in the camera? no dust or any debris is allowed in the memory card holder. The contacts should be bright and shiny, and not one is allowed to have a dent or can be bent.
You could try to clan the contacts with a cotton swap or a dry cloth. Take care you don't bent any contact.
I hope you never tried to press in the memory card the wrong way around, because that could have don lots of damage in the card holder.
If possible, try another card, and to be sure, start formatting the card before you try to shoot any picture.

My camera is a hp cw450t It continualy reads memory card locked how do I remove it ? thank-you in advance.

Look at the memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

I have a HP camera CW450t camera and cannot turn it on with the power button on top. I know the batteries are good because I can turn on the camera with the review button and review the pictures that I...

Had the EXACT same problem with the CW450 model. I called support because I was mad and wanted it replaced. The support tech helped me through the issue. The answer is- NiMH. Alkaline batteries are unstable and not powerful enough for use with this camera even though the camera supports it. He asked me what I was using and I told him Alkaline. He said try some NiMH right now- by dumb luck, I had a charger in the wall with nickel batteries. This is what he had me do:
Put the NiMH batteries in. Take out your SD card. Turn on your camera. Go to options and go to memory kit and format. Go to options and do a factory reset by selecting Reset All. Turn off the camera. Put your memory card back in. Turn it back on and go crazy with it trying to take video and pictures.
I have been messing with it for an hour now and it works perfectly. He told me to test it for at least 2 days and if it still malfunctions they will send me a new one. If the fix I shared with you didn't work call them up and work with them. 1-866-694-7633 if you are under warranty they will replace it for you.

I had the exact same problem. What I found out was that certain types of batteries have more power to power the camera and make sure the batteries are brand new because they might have been sitting in your cabinet or where ever and run out of power and not be able to open the lens or turn the power on, and the manual (disk) that came with the camera says not to take the batteries out if the camera's on and if your lens isn't opening properly it's because your batteries are low on power. Well I hope I helped. Bye.

Lens Stuck open on Mz67 hp camera Error code Mz60-022

Was this stuck fully open or was the lens partially opened, or was the lens jammed?

The lens can be removed and replaced with another lens from another non-functioning camera (See ebay). The lens component can also be dissembled. Putting the lens back together is tricky because the parts have to be aligned just right for the lens to work. If working with a Jammed lens, extra care has to be considered not to break any of the moving plastic parts of the lens or that part (if not entire lens) is junk.

With the motor detached from the lens, the lens should extend and retract freely. Use this to test the lens when you dissemble the camera. Be careful of the flash board.

R707 lens open, lcd shows hp, beeps, then turn OFF

Try to reset the camera - remove the battery and press the reset switch for about 5 seconds. Reinsert the battery. If it works while connected to the charger, your battery needs to be replaced.

Hp digital camera m730-033 displays lens error

This is probably THE most common failure among digital cameras. There's a halfway chance of fixing it yourself, described here: http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html

Dirty lens

It would never be recommended to open the camera's lens on your own. That is exactly the reason why the repair shops are reluctant to open it. If you are having issues taking pictures due to the dirty lens and the camera is still under warranty, please talk to HP and they must be able to offer help on this. good luck
