IE - Water level sensor fault This fault code is fairly self-explanatory and tells you that the washing machine has detected an error with the pressure sensor or pressure switch

  • Check water level sensor
  • Check wiring to water pressure sensor
  • Check connections to water level sensor
  • Check main electronic controller

The hose is supposed to have no water in it, it is air pressure. As long as the hose is connected and there are no air leaks, I would change the pressure switch.

if you can find the machines tech diagnostics sheet under the lid or inside the control panel try those diagnostics first, then, you should be able to blow air through the top tip of hose that connects to the water level switch and have air come out in the tub,if its clear as in easy to blow through, then replace the water level switch

The F33 error code indicates a pump drive system error. If the pump ohms out correctly & the harness is secure I recommend replacing the CCU (central control unit).

The vacuum hose from the diaphragm to the tub needs to be in place, I've forgotten to do that too :( You will see a small nipple on the outside of the tub itself, the tube just slips onto it.

My zwf 16581 w zanussi shows E32 error code. I have replaced the pressure switch but nothing has changed. Please help

If you are replacing an analogic pressure switch and nothing has changed I suggest you the following:

    • Drain the water from the tub.
    • Are pressure switch hose and air trap system free? (You can disconnect the hose and blow in it to check if the system is free).
    • If YES, than check the draining system (filter, drain pump, drain hose). Is the machine draining correctly?

Was getting a "IE" error during the wash cycle and the machine would shut off. Replaced both inlet valves and now I am getting a "FE" error as the machine is constantly filling with water.

Hello. I need the make/model number to help you accurately. If you have a Samsung washing machine, the IE error code pertains to a defective water level sensor. The "pressure switch" tells the computer how much water is in the tub at any given moment. It will have a tube (plastic or rubber) connecting it to the bottom of the tub. As water collects in the bottom of the tub, air is pushed into this tube and against the sensor. The sensor can fail in 2 directions. Your washer will not fill with water at all because it thinks there is already water in the tub(the tube is clogged)--or disastrously, keep filling until it overflows and floods your house because it constantly thinks there is not enough water. This can happen when the hose is loose on the sensor, a pinhole has developed in the hose and proper pressure won't build up which will give the sensor inaccurate information, or the sensor is just defective.
The FE error code refers to a "frequency error"--something is wrong with the incoming AC power supply--If this is an LG machine, then the error code is the pressure switch again--Sorry for the ambiguity but different makes have different meanings for the error codes--anytime an overfill condition exists, I first suspect the pressure switch, then I check the wiring harness connections, lastly, I suspect the main control board. I hope this helps you!

Error code 13. Turned water on to machine and it leaked.

    Try this link

    it says the following:
E13 Condition Water leak in the tub or air leak in pressure-switch air hose Check/Repair The washer fills for too long without the water level pressure switch tripping to indicate that the washer is full. Check for a leak in the wash tub. If the tub is not leaking, check to see if the washer is overfilling. If it is, check the air hose and water-level pressure switch for problems.

My samsung automatic washing machine wa7584c1 is giving me a 1E error why ?

Hello, the error code is due to a water pressure switch error the service manual says
    6. WATER PRESSURE SWITCH ERROR - Display shows 1 E.
    * Generated Frequency Signal of WATER LEVEL (WIL) SIW (KHz)
Normal Level = Abnormal W/L Frequency
    Low Level = 30.00 Khz
    High Level = 15.00 Khz
If the same signal is detected for more than 5 seconds, it is a PRESSURE SWITCH Error. When this error occurs the drain pump will operate for 3 min. and the display will show 1 E indicating a pressure switch error. If you have any further questions message me back and please also remember when our chat has fully concluded to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation it allows me to continue helping others in similar situations in the future. Thanks
p.s also before replaceing the pressure switch assure that the tube that comes off the switch that connects to the tub on the tub end has no debris or soap build up inside the hose this could also make the switch show as an error if the hose had something in the end of it. Thanks again

What does code F35 mean for my washer?

Error code F 35 means ANALOG PRESSURE SENSOR FAILURE. There is any malfunction of the component detected by the Steamer Electronic Board. Please check whether the pressure hose is fixed firmly, and the air trap is not blocked. Make sure the hose is not plugged. If this doesn't resolve the issue then it is a problem with the water level pressure switch operation. There could be a blockage in the air dome or pressure switch hose. The air dome is located on the back of the tub on the left hand side. If the pressure switch hose and the air dome is clear of any blockages, then there is an issue with the water level pressure switch, you would need to replace it. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Why does my kenmore oasis washer 110.27042603 show f1 @ every start of load? what part do i need to replace to correct problem? please help!!!!

Customer has F1 Error Code. The control is sensing an error in the signal from the air pressure sensor circuit. CAUSE: CORRECTION: HE Top Load Washers Models: F1 Error Code WTW6200S WTW6300S WTW6400S WTW6600S WTW6700T MTW6300T MTW6400T MTW6500T MTW6600T MTW6700T Serial Numbers: CT01 - CU52 There are four areas of concern that can cause the F1 Error Code. Each area must be sequentially addressed to ensure that the diagnosis is correct and the proper repair is completed. A) Air leaks in the air pressure (switch/sensor) hose. a. Inspect the hose for cracks, pin-holes or loose connection. b. Replace the hose and harness assembly (W10058730) if it is compromised. B) Moisture in the air pressure (switch/sensor) hose. a. Inspect the hose for evidence of water. b. Replace the hose and harness assembly (W10058730) if water is detected. C) Lint or flashing in the air dome hose connection port. a. Inspect the air dome hose connection port for lint or flashing. b. Use a small round device (small screwdriver) to ensure that there is nothing blocking the air dome outlet on the tub. D) The control needs to be replaced. a. Replace the control only after you have completed steps A - C above, and verified that there are no issues with the air pressure system.

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F 35 means Analog Pressure Sensor Failure- which means that there is a malfunction of the component detected by the Steamer Electronic Board.

    1. Check that the pressure hose is fixed correctly.
    2. Check that the air trap is not blocked.
    3. Check that the hose is not blocked

If still the issue is not resolved then it is an issue with the water level pressure switch operation and there is a blockage in the air dome or pressure switch hose. The air dome is located on the back of the tub on the left hand side. If the pressure switch hose and the air dome are clear of any blockages, then there is an issue with the water level pressure switch. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or else post a comment for further assistance.

Kenmore elite he3t stream showing error code sud then f35

F35 is a water level error.
The water level switch (pressure switch) has malfunctioned.

If you remove the top panel, three screws in the back, you will have access to the pressure switch.

With the tub empty, remove the vinyl hose from the switch and blow backwards through the hose to clear any restrictions.

If the fault codes return after doing this, you will likely need to replace the pressure switch.

Also - please be sure to use He soap.

4E showing on Samsung Washing Machine

When error message 4E is displayed, you should clean the water hose mesh filter. To do this:

    1. Turn off the water source to the washing machine.
    2. Unscrew the hose from the back of the washing machine.
    3. With a pair of pliers, gently pull out the mesh filter from the end of the hose and rinse it under water until clean. Also clean the inside and outside of the threaded connector.
    4. Push the filter back into place.
    5. Screw the hose back onto the washing machine.
    6. Turn on the faucet and make sure the connections are watertight.

    Also, please check the following:
    • Make sure the source water faucet is turned on.
    • Check the water pressure.
