Question about Motorola Cell Phones
Did you set the PIN? There is no master code as that wouldn't be "Security" You'll have to do an external reset to get access back to it. If the phone is updated to Android 5.1 you will not be able to get into it though unless you have the PIN code as this is a new anti-theft mechanism built into Android 5.1.

Unless you changed the security code on your own it should be the last 4 digits of your cell phone number, and if that fails best bet is to call your carrier and see what they can say or what they can do.

For unlocking you phone you need and unlock code also known as network unlock code or MEP code. You can always get your unlock code from your service provider. If the service provider fails to get you your unlock code or charge you exorbitant rate fir it, you can always unlock your phone from an unlock code vendor.
Search the internet you will get many unlock code vendors. Select any one of them. But be careful. More than half of the vendors available on internet are frauds or cheats. Do a background check on the company you are going to place your order.
You can always distinguish between a good company and bad company by its payment method. A trusted vendor always uses payment gateways such as PayPal or google checkout. Look out for the ratings and user reviews for the company on the payment gateway page. If the ratings is above 4 out of 5, then the company highly trustworthy.
Check out the site unlockgenie.com . They are one of the pioneers in unlock code vendors. They have a great online customer support. Chat with them online for any further queries.
Have a happy unlocking...
