Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

My daughter set up my PayPal account with my bank details but when I tried to buy something but PayPal replied, we're sorry your PayPal balance and existing payments methods are insufficient to complete...

Make sure there are funds in your PayPal account. If not, transfer funds from your bank account to PayPal.
Existing payment methods include credit cards. Do you have credit cards linked to PayPal? If not, link at least one, it saves a lot of hassle.
PayPal used to transfer funds automatically from your bank acct to PayPal if the funds for a transaction were insufficient, but that has changed - you have to make sure your PP acct is in credit.

Why when I sign into My Acct It requests Me to re fund My acct. I alreadwa had, as requested $500 and had put $25 into trade but nothing happens????

I would contact the sight that you put the money into as well as your credit card company. I don't know what you are funding but it sounds like a perfect scam situation if this company is not legit.

Transfer funds from which account? FixYa is not a bank; there are no funds with your FixYa account.

If you want to transfer funds from a bank account, please contact the bank with whom you have the account.

File a complaint with Paypal, they are great in situations like this. Log onto Paypal site and follow their instructions.
If you still have not received shirts they will refund 100% of money.

I have had similar dealings and Paypal has always come through!

On the "Transfer Funds" page, make note of the processing time. It usually takes 3 to 4 business days for electronically transferred funds to become an available part of your PayPal balance.

You can have immediate access to the funds in your bank account through PayPal if you link your bank account with your PayPal account. With your account 'linked' you can have a $0 (zero) PayPal account balance and still make purchases with PayPal. PayPal will automatically transfer the funds from your bank account (through PayPal) and pay for any purchases made with PayPal. And, your PayPal account will still remain at $0.

This information is from the PayPal website:
