Question about One For All Televison & Video
Note: most remotes allow you to find the code by manually turning the TV (or other device) on first, then press the appropriate button (cable, DVD, surround, etc) then setting the the remote in the "program" mode, then keep pushing the "off/power" button until the TV (or other device) turns off, at that point the code is set.

I recommend using the auto-search function to find the code for your Memorex DVD player.

You have this backwards. The code is generated by the remote, in this case 0573. You can always use the search function of your remote to find a code
