SOURCE: storing a multiple page job

Simple. Scan your document into your e-filling box. No funny stuff. When you want to print it, select your document. At the bottom of the screen you will find the button settings. It will take you to the main screen. Simply select what you want the machine to do with the document.

Hope it helps

SOURCE: I have printed this file many times, sent file to

Try this, Press the Cancel button several times, leave it for few minutes, and then Turn off and switch on while you keep pressing the cancel button. If there's memory installed on the Dimm slot, remove it and re-install it.

Also check the print queue, Start > Printers and Faxes > double-click the printer's icon, click "printer" on the menu and select "Cancel all Documents" click "Ok" and restart both computer and the Machine. (I assume your computer with windows Operating System Installed.)

Sometimes reseating the cartridges and drum is helpful. You can give a try. But since you can make copies, I don't suspect the issue's related to the machine, but with the computer and memory.
Disconnect and reconnect the cable (usb) connecting the machine to the computer.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

SOURCE: The printer will not print any documents from any of the computers and its not saying anything under the job status

- if connected via usb ,check cable and usb port
- check in properties if printer status is enabled and use printer with connection or use printer offline is selected

- if connected via ethernet ping the ip adress and check cable
-if connected right on the copier without a switch in between you need a reversed ethernet cable else you need a straight one through the switch

On the computer, there are two ways.
1. Go to Devices - Printers, Right click on the printer, and Properties, Print Jobs or double click the icon to get straight to Print Jobs in the Queue. Highlight the doc, right click, Resume or Delete.
2. Click the Print icon in the bottom right of the screen. It may be behind the upward facing arrow, click there and look for the printer icon.

Sometimes if the printer cable is unplugged it will reset. Try that. Also the printer menu should include cancel print jobs. Is that cleared? I would also turn off computer for a moment, and turn back on. Thqat may clear the print job.....

Hi,

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue

You can alternatively open the print queue from the Print & Fax pane of System Preferences.

From the Print Queue menu bar, the "Printer" menu has these additional options:

On most Bizhub Copiers if you have something stuck in memory that is tying up the machine you can turn it off and unplug it from the wall for 10-15 seconds and then turn it back on. Doing this will erase the Random Access Memory and should clear all fax and print jobs from the machine.

Printing status frozen and won't delete or print

Have you tried unpluging your printer from the computer as well as unpluging the printer from the electrical? If that doesn't work you should start from scratch... that is remove the printer from the computer memory, delete it, turn off the computer, turn on the computer and go through the installation process as if you just purchased the printer. Barring any mechanical problems as in jams or the such, the printer should return to operational status.
