Try pressing and holding the "End of Cycle Signal" button in for 3 seconds. This button is used to lock/unlock the control panel as a safety feature to prevent small children from manipulating the controls. The instructions should be printed on the front panel near the button.

take a good look and read on your control panel i don't remember which button you need to hold for 3 or 5 second to lock unlock control panel. it is also called child lock system.
