LG 5kg fuzzy logic model WFT5005T Top Load and it keeps screening PE and I don't know what it means.

PE stands for Pressure Error. This washer is equipped with a water level pressure switch. As the machine fills, the pressure increases on the switch, at the set pressure, the switch cuts power to the water inlet valve and the water stops flowing into the washer. If the pressure switch fails to sense properly, or the water inlet valve fails to shut off the unit can overfill. This situation can also be caused if the machine does not drain properly. First, check to see if water ever enters the machine when it is turned off. If so, replace the water inlet valve. Next, check the drain line to be sure it's not clogged or kinked. Next, check to see if the drain pump is working properly and removing the water from the previous cycle. If all of those check out, you may need to replace the pressure switch.

F20 error code

copied from the net..............

The "F20" fault code is indicating NO WATER IS BEING DETECTED ENTERING THE WASHER OR THE PRESSURE SWITCH IS NOT TRIPPING OR SENSING A TRIP.

If there is no water in the unit:

Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way and water enters.

Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves.

Verify inlet valve operation.

If there is water in the unit:

Verify drain pump operation.

Verify that the pressure switch hose is in good condition and properly connected to tub and pressure switch.

Verify there is not a siphon problem.

Press STOP twice to clear the display. The machine will drain for 3 minutes before unlocking the door.

Unplug washer or disconnect power.

Verify wire harness connections to inlet valves, pressure switch, drain pump and Central Control Unit (CCU).

Check all hoses for possible leaks.

Plug in washer or reconnect power

Verify pressure switch operation.

I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your washer if water will entering the machine and not siphon out.

cheers

Water does not come on

Hello Keith - First, is the house valve(s) fully turn on? If they are then more than likely the issue is because the washer possibly has a faulty switch that does not allow the valve inside to turn or a kinked fill hose. Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on the unit. However if issue persists, then it could also potentially mean a number of things: water valve faults, faulty control board, pressure switch or wiring failure. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair the unit.

DPD 3100 gas pressure washer. No water going through pressure washer. Have taken screen completely out and still no water moving through

See this diagram:
http://www.mastertoolrepair.com/images/DPD3100_pump.jpg?osCsid=1f3m03ijp5lcht6569kran6rk2

Remove Items 122 (Un;loader) and 138 (Thermail relief). Clean them up as best you can with a nylon brush under some slow running water. Dis-assemble the unloader valve completly to clean (both ends). Then lubrcate them with White Grease and reinstall both parts AFTER placing White grease in the cavity the valves mount into. Very briefly... Test water flow with the engine not running Then start the unit with water off and let run 30 seconds. Turn off engine. Turn ON water supply and test water flow engine OFF. Note you will get a certain amount of white grease initially that passes through the unit. Start unit and rapidly actuate the trigger 1/2 second on 1/2 second off multiple times to force the unloader valve to cycle.

You can get parts here if either of the valves have completly failed:
http://www.mastertoolrepair.com/dewalt-dpd3100-n001194-pump-p-59405.html

The above steps should get your presure washer working properly again.
Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

My whirlpool washer stops and the water tap closed light comes on, plus on the time remaining FH comes on

the hot water tap has to be on aswell because it picks up the outside temperature and if its too cold it will ask for a squirt of hot water because the water has to be at a certain temp to react with the detergents properly just this model that does it

When hooked up, (electric+water) unit will not activate. Power wanr is squirting water but motor is not on.

Dear Sir,
This is a problem like the ones I explained. I will write again the explanation.
Dear Sir, What happened is that you have a control valve (Spill Valve)..that when pressure is created it will closes down and puts off electricity by hitting a micro switch. This happens if one leaves a lot of soap in the system or more often the machine is stored under pressure. Never store a power washer under pressure!! Now all one has to do is locate the spill valve ...lubricate or change with a new one. Always lubricate with silicon grease. Also never put on a power washer on without water being fed.
The spill valve is usually located where you see 2 wires coming out on the machine inside.
Well just a small reminder.....if you left the machine stored with pressure...most probably you have the spill valve jamed in the closed position, thus cutting electricity off.
Regards, Fulltech
