if noise happens parked say so.?
or even parked and racing engine?>
or parked racing engine in DRIVE? brakes set hard?
if only driving , the noise can be very hard and very very dangerous to discover. (lacking my electronic stethoscope (remote monitored) last.

but we first inspect the car,
if noise if up front and not from engine
we check the whole front end. for loose parts
all parts (by using levers and looking for excess play) and wheel bearings, tie rods, etc, all that.
im not teaching that here,. ever.

Hi dear!
1. If you see like window blind on LCD when you camera switch on at camera mode. Check one more thing, press menu botton. You still see like window blind on LCD. and then you have defective LCD unit. Otherwise, you have shutter blades (not dust cover blades in front of lens) defect inside of lens unit assembly.
If LCD defect will be very inexpensive service and easy, otherwise, you bring to local repair shop. (very easy problem)

If Actual picture come out like window blind image,
then I want you load to computer and open the file.
You still see like window blind image. then 200% is the shutter blades not working properly inside of lens unit. Bring to local repair shop unless you are not able. Then I can give a little monkey job! using a tooth brush!

I have a few suggestions for you:
Instead of having it pop up on the screen, you'll have to do it the manual way. What your problem actually is is you don't have the right driver (You'll learn about those when your older).
Just follow the instructions on this site(Don't worry, I've used the site before and their is no viruses):

Haven’t been able to find any software, but you can try the following workaround:
1. Plug in the camera to the PC and ensure it is detected by the PC.
2. Right click START button and select Explore.
3. From the left panel, scroll to the drive corresponding to your camera. (It will usually be located after the last DVD/CD ROM Drive letter.
4. Click on that drive to expand the folders in the right pane.
5. Search for the relevant pictures from a folder within that drive.
6. Copy the required pics (Hold CTRL and click on pics in case you want to select more than one pic). Then rightt click and select "COPY"
7. Once you copied all the needed pics, select a folder on your computer (or create a new one) and paste the pics into this folder.
8. You're done :)

An external memory card reader is an easy alternative way to copy files from your camera's memory card to your computer.

there are plastic gear inside of the top rail. you need to take the blind down and look inside. it may have some of the gear damaged. in which case the gear need to be replaced. unfortunately, there is no place sells the gear. only the rail.
that means you have to buy a new rail and go through the trouble of re-thread all of the control lines. if you are not handy, I suggest you take the blind to a repair shop.

Nothing to do with any chips being faulty.
The clue is in the video....
The video function does not use the shutter.
The shutter has become fouled.
Unfortunately this is a major strip down to clean the shutter

Flash also has several modes you can toggle through by pressing and holding the button that pops up the flash while using the command dial to change modes... rear curtain, slow sync, red eye reduction, etc. These show up on the top LCD under the lightning bolt icon.

If you're having like a bright picture with venetian blinds, you could try the steps below:

POWER RESET:
- Turn off camera
- Remove batteries for a minute
- Return batteries
- Turn on camera

MASTER RESET
- Turn on camera
- Press MENU button
- Scroll to the right until you see SETUP
- Scroll down and look for RESET
- Press right button so you could see YES or NO
- Select YES
- Press MENU button
- Turn off camera for a few seconds so that
settings will be refreshed

* If it still does not work, call the Manufacturer so they
could tell you how to send camera for repair.

are you using this camera inside the dark room ? because this camera need a lot of light, when you trying to use inside the house you need a lot of light.
