Most magneto coil to flywheel are set at .010 to .012. The actual setting depend on the manufacture specs. With the addition newer timing circuits in these for spark advance you should set them the factory specs.

Now if it a Briggs and Stratton Engine you can get by using a standard business card for setting the gap but some the newer chainsaws you can't get well timing spark.

What should the spark plug gap for magneto be on an autolite 216

I see anywhere from .030" (.76mm) - .035".. the smaller gap will be easier for the magneto to fire...and probably run better at low speeds..

What is the gap between the Magnitogorsk and the coil on home lite hb-180v textron moter for leaf blower?

I assume you mean the gap between the magneto coil and the magnet on the flywheel. Usually you just adjust the gap to be as small as possible without them touching.

What is the gap between the.magnet and the coil for a ts400 stilh concrete saw

Clifton, take a business card, slip it between the coil and magneto, loosen up the screws on the coil and when it bites against the magneto, tighten them back up, turn the flywheel by hand to make sure the coil doesn't hit..It's a very thin gap and this is the easiest method I teach all my customers. Good luck

Need gap specifications

The gap between the flywheel and magneto (pick-up coil) is not that critical, if your engine is not running right or won't start. 2 to 3 mm is fine. The key point is that the gap be uniform in the arc where the fly wheel passes it. Please post your symptoms and we can better assist you on the forum. If you are not getting any spark from the plug wire... check this at night by unplugging the plug boot and pulling the cord and watching; if you can't detect a spark... then you have a magneto issue or a bad spark plug wire. A little crokus cloth to rub the rust off the entire flywheel edge surface will help. Don't sand down or apply solvents to the magneto surface even if it's rusty!

What is the correct gap between the magneto core and magnet?

The gap is .010. You can also use a card to gap the coil and after you tighten the coil and remove the card turn the flywheel by hand one revolution to make sure the magnet does not rub on the flywheel.

Won't start, changed plug, set gap on magneto still no spark

To test magneto leave properly mounted and gapped to the motor. unplug black wire from magneto. Crank motor and test for spark. If you get spark with the wire unplugged then the magneto is fine and your problem is in the wiring system, likely a safety switch. If you have no spark with the wire unplugged then the magneto is bad and needs to be replaced.
BTW, the black wire is a ground. That is what shuts the motor off when you turn the key to off or when you get out of the seat, etc. So the motor will not shut off with that wire unplugged. Also, putting any voltage on that wire will immediately damage the coil.

Ignition coil spark is weak. And where can i find

FIRST check the gap of the flywheel magnet to the magneto coil. Use a business card as a spacer and adjust the gap. If unit has points rather than electronic triggering, check those and timing and gap.
