I try to download track from GPS by DNR Garmin but not able and show me that check on you have the latest firmware installed on your GPS

The easiest way to check to see if you are on the most current version of a firmware is to try updating it using Garmins WebUpdater Software, If you are at the most current version it will ask you to re-install the firmware. Here is a link to the software download.

Hope this helps!

I have a garmin nuvi 310 which wont pick up satelites the gps software version is 0.00 i need to find out what the proper version is and where to get it and how to install it

Go to the Garmin website and download their Webupdater program. Run it and plug your Nuvi into the PC using the USB cable. It will upgrade your Nuvi firmware and then ask if you want to select other software. Select the one labeled GPS chipset G. After it has finished, make sure you deselect the Nuvi and unplug the cable. The Nuvi will reboot and say "LOADER" and will reboot with the latest firmware and attempt to update the GPS software to v3.0. After it has rebooted, turn it off and then on again. Check the GPS software version. It should be 3.0. If it's still 0.0, then your antenna/receiver is bad and needs to be replaced.

What software version is included with the Magellan 760

Magellan® RoadMateTM 700/760 Map and Software Update Version 6 is the latest updated version of this unit.

The version that would have been included with a purchased unit depends on when it was bought.

Regardless of the previous version number, Update Six can be purchased and installed for $79.99.

Trip & Waypoint Manager should be all you need.

The USB drivers should have been automatically installed when you installed the program. If your computer prompts you for the driver location when you connect your GPS via USB, then you'll just need to reinstall the latest drivers (one time only--after that the computer should automatically detect and use the GPS whenever it is plugged in)

The latest drivers for your unit can be downloaded here. There is a new version (v.2.2.1) as of about one year ago.
