Beater won't turn, but motor is running.


Hi, Did you push the beater in so that it clicks. If all is good there, gear box maybe at fault or jammed. Take it to a service center for repair. If you are machanicly inclined (DIY) Take it apart and see why its not turning. Good luck.

GOOD DAY Was given to me as a gift. I don't know if normal but i find it makes a lot of noise at lower speeds is this normal.


hi sadly these are good little mixers but like there bigger ones in commercial kitchen they run on a gear system so yep there going to be noisy

Taking my P660 out out a building with 3 phase power and into one with only single phase. Converter says motor will run on 2/3 power. Good or bad idea????

Burnt smell and doesn't work


motor windings have burnt out Motor no longer any good. Good Luck

Want to appraise my Hamilton Beach Model E 1936 Mixer 15 speeds


e bay is allways a good place to start . but from what i have seen unless its a real "cream puff" 25.00 -50.00 is all your going to get .... you might just keep it right now ..... prices are real low ,people are not buying ANYTHING .........good luck

If you can unplug the mixer and test resistance between leads of the selector switch. The resistance should vary from high to low as you move the selector from low to high. If cord and all else looks good and switch is bad replace the switch.
