Question about Miscellaneous
What are you using?
If it's an iphone you can swipe upwards on the bottom of the screen and you will see the brightness line which you can drag to the right for full brightness or you can go into setting and scroll down until you find wall paper and brightness
If it's on a computer or another kind of phone you should find the brightness setting in the systems settings.
Good luck, sorry to be so vague but I'm not sure what your brightness is low on.
