Help me remove a constant pop up web site. Tried 3 different virus removers, nothing works.

I just cleared this by removing the extension in Google Chrome for 'Crush Arcades'.

Go to the browser settings (3 horizontal lines in top right corner of browser) and select 'More tools', 'Extensions' to see if there is anything unwanted. Select the Bin symbol.

I got this after watching an free online episode of a TV prgogram and accepting the extension, but it said it was for the media player to work.

The problem may be caused by adware or other potentially unwanted programs on your PC. So follow the guide below to get rid of the

1. Check your Chrome extensions (enterchrome:extensionsin the Address bar). Maybe there is a Adware Extension installed.
2. Check the Shortcut you use to start Chrome (A Menu Entry or a Desktop/Taskbar Icon). Maybe there is a Adware URL added to the Command chrome.exe.
3. Make sure that you are running a up-to-date and strong Antivirus Software on your PC.

To make it simple: Just download Malwarebytes.The free edition will work. It will remove this redirection.

Try this, if you seen an advertising popup on your browser, try to look on the every corner of that advertising banner, you will see the name of advertising like for an example "OfficeWizard" the name of advertising who powered by. Once you have identify it. go to control panel and go to Programs and Features where you can uninstall programs and find the name of that like "OfficeWizard" once you have found it uninstall it, then reboot your browser, after that, block this advertising name from your security or firewall. I won't suggest you reinstall the whole system. It's over serious. Commonly most of us would be more inclined to some software but obviously you may be not confident with them. If you want to remove ads pop up on your browser
go to setting --- extension --- and delect the apps you don't know it

Reinstall fresh operating system,after all that install a google chrome browser and turn on pop up blocker and now your pc is protected and staay away download music site and movie site,there is no such free stuff in this world everytime u download something,it comes with adware.

...and the last one I recommend to try is from IOBIT, a host of Free scanners, both FREE versions and upgraded ones. the free ones work well. If you want, which is also recommended, look for a 4th scanner, 2nd for you from Iobit - Advanced System Care. It is a "Suite" of scanners, all built into one. Also FREE, but for this download, I am linking "Malware Fighter", by Iobit - I like to use Download .com by Cnet. Again, like file hippo, a consortium of safe software.
