Loud pressure noises coming from my geyser when i turn my hot tap on

That's a restriction of pressure someplace. It's not a geyser either, that's known as a faucet. Check to see the shut off valves below the faucet are fully opened

My house is only 2 years old and has begun making a "hammering" noise when I turn on the cold water tap in the bathroom only. The water will actually stop flowing in a moment or two.

If the water actually stops running it might be a problem in the internal balancing valves. Some valves will restrict flows of the other water-supply: If there is slow hot water it throttles the cold water, if there is slow cold water it throttles the hot water. It is meant to stop the screaming in the shower if a toilet for example is flushed and the cold water pressure drops. Some but not all valves can be taken apart and cleaned. Turn off both shut off vavles first!

When I first turn on the hot water to my shower there is a loud noise, then it goes away. Why is this happening?

It could be lime/ calcium deposits in the shower head. Soak shower head in clr and it should be good to go

When drawing hot water,it keeps going hot and cold, even if you run tap fast or slow, what can it be

must be a self tempering valve gone bad or fill tube in water heater broken.water goes into water heater then goes about 3/4 s of the way down threw a plastic pipe,if that pipe was hanging loose,it could go hot then luke warm.is this only happening on one faucet?if so,forget heater, and change cartridge in faucet.go to local home center and get one, it will have instructions on how to take appart

My Rinnai 24 will only start when I use the the hot water in the kitchen (which is closer to the heater). If I open any of the hot water taps in the bathroom it doesn't work.. I have to start the hot water...

Looks like your recirculation pump might be bad. If your opening a valve close enough to the heater and it comes on, It sounds like it's giving your pressure switch a false reading and allowing it to come one while the farther away you get, it is not enough line pressure to overcome the safety's of the heater.

Slow water flow

first check that there are no kinks in the hoses if they are alright it is either a blocked restrictor in the tap or a fault with a tempering valve this valve will be located away from the tap and is what mixes hot and cold water together so that the hot water isn't too hot, in the inlets to the valve are strainers that get blocked clean them out and see how you go

The kitchen sink makes a loud popping noise

Try removing the aerator on the faucet. If that resolves the popping sound, try replacing it with one that allows for a higher flow of water. (Also the existing aerator may be clogged).
