Question about ZTE Cell Phones
The only option you have now it to first make sure neither volume button is stuck then do a complete factory reset.

check what apps you have installed and the rights they have. some have rights to turn your wifi on if it's off and the app wants to communicate with the outside world.

1. enable bluetooth on the phone
2. activate sync on the bluetooth headset.
3. try "0000" as the code unless your manual says otherwise on the phone when it finds the device.
4. Try testing and see if your phone links correctly and you can hear audio either by calling yourself or by playing a media file if your phone is a smart phone.

Try another headset first to isolate the problem. If the other headset is ok then I would check the in line volume control if fitted or it could be the cable is broken at the plug end or the headset end. if the second headset does not work either then check volume levels on phone. does phone speaker work ok. Can also be headset socket on phone worn out ?!
