On the dial for temp setting for the oven, there may be an adjuster for the temperature. Pull the knob off and see in the stem if there is an adjusting screw, a tiny screw driver would turn the slot of the screw. With a candy thermometer or equivalent, set the oven temp dial to a point and compare the temp setting with the thermometer. Adjust the screw as necessary.

I get this service call a lot so lets verify temp before we discuss possible causes set the rack in the middle of the oven hang an oven thermometer in the center of rack set a 350 let run 1 hour check the temp after an hour this gives the oven enough time to cycle and stabilize this will give you the true average of oven, temp placement of thermometer is important plus or minus 15F on either side of 350 is not that much of a big deal the max range for a temperature offset is usually 30F, there should be a tech sheet in a plastic pouch on the back of the unit now if you do find it to be running 50F too hot well there are test to determine if the temperature sensor is operating correctly it should read appx. 1654 ohms at 350 this tells the control board to open the heat relay stopping power to the gas valve lot of work you have to have the oven out back panel off to access the wiring going to control unplug machine at 350 disconnect wiring from board to ohm out sensor, sensors go bad and so do boards, sensor is cheaper try changing it first.

Testimonial: "Thanks for your answer. I already had changed the sensor, but did not help. Stove is already 10 years old, I think I dump it."

Owen fan always run, after plug owen in. How to stop it or reset it?

Your Fan thermostat has failed, now the cooling fan will run forever trying to cool the broken part... Look for the thermostat in the wiring diagram that is with the oven, meter it for continuity, and if it fails, use the model number to order a new part from a local part store- your model number represents nothing here in America or I would tell you the part #! Thermador dual fuel oven temperature not accurate and the dials dont match temperature

Faulty thermostat it's the thin copper shaft in the oven that has a skinny tube running from it if you remove the oven knob you will find it goes back to the switch. Needs replacing.

Whirlpool gas range

sounds like you have 2 problems the first the oven wont light is either a ignitor issue or a gas valve problem even though the ign. glows it may not be drawing enough amps to open the valve.it should be 3.5-5.2 amps at full glow.. have checked that? the over cooking sounds like a thermostat issue.not a lighting issue
