Question about Vacuums
Placing on charge and the red charging light is on but the head unit is also. The green light flashes with a little click noise and the brush moves slightly. I have remove the head unit but the handheld vac still clicks while charging.

Hi Not really. It means that the cord has been pulled roughly when its been plugged in and the retracter is getting weaker to hold the cord that has been pulled out. Generally though wipe the entire cord from the end of the machine with a dry cloth and some furniture polish. This will clean the cord and add some resistance to the retractor that could minimise the cord flowing back into the vacuum.

SOURCE: the brush on my hayden
First you will want to remove the light cover. this can be done by pusing as you look at the front of the powerbrush on both the left and right side of the head.
There you will find the lightbulb and 2 screws to remove. Remove both of the screws and turn over to pry with a screwdriver at both the sides of the powerbrush to remove the top cover.
Once you have the lens cover off you will also see in the plastic the belt change instructions.
When you want to put the top cover back on, it will act much like a hinge, hook it on to the front of the head where the brush is, and snap it back into place at the back.
