Depend on the browser type you can set the webpage manually as homepage.for the firefox use Tools menu->Options and then General tab and choose Show my home page and then type the address www.google.com and click OK and you will see each time the browser starts it will open google.com and one more tip by default you will type any query in URL address bar.it will search by default with google only.

Googlegle is gone

Go to your internet options/properties. Upon opening the options one of the first fields you come across is the "home page" field. In this field you can type the address of any website you want to use as your home page. Save/apply changes afterwards and you've got yourself a new home page!

If this is not what you are looking for then please specify how you lost your Google.

Or if this was not what you were looking for... you can go to https://www.google.nl/accounts/recovery/ to try and recover your account password.

Make google my home page

Easiest solution (vary per your browser) but select Tools > Internet Options (IE), / Settings (Firefox/Mozilla/Chrome).
In IE the first Tab that opens has the option for your home page or pages (tabs). If you have already gone to www.google.com (or the country of your choice then you should be able - in all browsers - to select the current page as your home page, or manually set this option in the area provided for this in your browser. Hope this helps!

Gmail+google as homepage after unexpected changes

I'm guessing that you're having the same problem as I've been trying to deal with.. I used igoogle as my home page for years... and NOW IT'S GONE... Everything I've tried to replace it with is very disappointing. You're probably like me in that you don't want to simply tell Google to stuff it, because you probably want to keep your g-mail address, and possibly some other things. All Google is going to offer you now is a page with the different Google apps... plus a Google App Store to give you the option of having more apps. .. but, basically you cannot have a Google Home Page as we've known it,... from Google, anyway. I've basically settled on going back to Yahoo, so that I can have a home page like I want. You can, if it's still possible, import your data from most of your Google apps, into a Yahoo account, where they'll show up on your Yahoo Home Page. Yahoo has import options for you to use to accomplish this. You'll need to provide Yahoo with your G-mail address and your password. You'll have to fool with this a while in order to accomplish what you want... but, I consider it, all the way around, to be your best option to spend your time and efforts on. As soon as I'm willing to give up my G-mail address and to redo my Google calenders, I'm going to give Google the one-finger salute and put all my eggs in a different basket.... probably Yahoo.

Your browser will sometimes close when it detects a page fault on the website. If you continue to have problems with certain pages, I recommend installing Google Chrome from the Play Store

At the top of your screen, go to Tools, then Internet Options. There, at the top, you can respecify your home page. You probably downloaded a toolbar for google some way, and it reset your homepage. Happens a lot, so remember how to reset it! Good luck, hope this helps!
