Question about Tomtom GO GPS

This message is usually shown (only) when your TomTom is connected to a computer (USB port). If your TomTom GPS is not connected to a computer when you switch it on, this message should not display.
If this is not the case, try re-booting your GPS, by holding down the ON/OFF button (for a long while) until the GPS turns off, or by using the RESET (pin hole) ... and see if it fix the issue.
