No sound no picture screen has glow and voltages good at power supply. Power light red on standbye then no light indicator when switched on?

Fault to its main board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ . In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

Verify is you have 100vac at the outlet behind the refrigerator. If you do not then you need to restore power to the outlet. The refrigerator will stay in LP mode until it detects good shore power.

Stays in standbye and will only flash green (power on) twice before staying in standbye

The 6 inverter transformers on the bottom of the picture is the problem and what need to be tested.
Unplug the 6 wires that goes to the LCD screen. Use a multimeter to test for resistance from each output plug on the board. The one without the resistance is the bad one.
If this doesn't locate the bad one this way, Each plug should give out DC voltage if working properly. Test each plug for voltage.
The TV will automatically turn off in a couple of seconds like before. You'll have to keep pushing the power button to test each output plug for voltage.

Soon as you find the bad Inverter Transformer, just solder in a new one and the TV should work fine after that.
The part # for the Inverter Transformer is LTZ2PC0MS008.
Here's two places to get them:
