It would help id you could tell us the brand dryer you've got. Many times you can find this info inside the door or on the back of the appliance itself.

Need to know which color wire goes to which connector on the timer. frigidaire wiring diagrams

Hi garyab9ss, I appreciate your post!

It appears your inquiry is listed under Frigidaire Electric dryer and you need the wiring diagram. May I have the model number please? You can typically locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) on the upper front, as you open the door or on the right/left edge on the inside of the door. Also, please provide me the timer part number that you have in hand. With this information I can deliver the correct material to you. Thank you! - Z

No heat & timer stuck would be an indication that the motor in the timer is not functioning or there is something wrong or jambed on the internal mechanism of the timer. There are no fuses inside the dryer, if you do not understand the basics of electricity and how to test things, then I would not suggest you attempt this yourself. No heat can be a number of problems(1)faulty element (2)open limit switch (3)bad breaker or circuit in the main electrical panel (4)inoperative timer (BUT) if there isn't 240VAC @ the dryer then the timer may not be getting any power at all, chances are, if you can't move the timer it is more than likely no good. If the dryer is still under warranty, enquire at the place you purchessed it from.

what you can do is go to go to parts search and type in your dryer model number. it will show you all the parts that your dryer takes. they will show the timer that fits your dryer and just buy it.
